About the role:

As DesignerCreative Director, youll lead and inspire a creative team to deliver highquality, onbrand campaigns and assets across digital and print. Youll be both a strategic thinker and a handson contributor, ensuring creative excellence, consistency, and alignment with client goals.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and mentor a team of designers across global, crossfunctional projects.
  • Guide creative ideation, development, and implementation of concepts aligned with client needs and market insights.
  • Actively participate in client meetings and briefings, offering strategic input and creative solutions.
  • Present and articulate creative concepts to clients clearly and confidently.
  • Provide art direction and handson design work, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency and quality control (QC) across all creative deliverables.
  • Maintain timelines, prioritize tasks, and oversee milestone delivery.
  • Support the team by clarifying briefs, sourcing assets, and troubleshooting roadblocks.
  • Deliver constructive feedback to elevate design outcomes.
  • Stay current with design and innovation trends, sharing inspiration with the team.
    • Your Qualifications:

      • Proven experience in a creative lead or ACD role
      • 4+ years of professional experience
      • Work portfolio
      • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
      • Adobe Creative Suite
      • Microsoft 365
      • Figma
      • Interest in AI creative tools
      • Strong conceptual thinking and ideation
      • Strategic creative vision and problemsolving
      • Handson expertise in digital and print; motion design knowledge is a plus
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills
      • Team leadership and people management
      • Time and project management
      • High design craftsmanship and attention to detail
      • Ability to identify key insights and anticipate issues
