Job description

⭐ Your next adventure awaits here ⭐

You’ll play a key role in driving our growth across and strengthening our presence across UK and Scandinavia.
Your focus: identify and target key accounts, lead them through the sales journey—from outreach to contract signature—and nurture long-term relationships for cross-selling and upselling opportunities. You’ll own the full sales cycle.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, product demonstrations, contract negotiation, and account development.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering, and customer service teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Run demos and pilot programs to clearly showcase the value of our LegalTech solutions.
  • Provide consistent, action-oriented reporting with a strong focus on results and quota achievement.

The perfect match

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Fluency in English and a second European language (preferably Dutch, Swedish)
  • A self-starter who thrives on direct prospecting and independently running the full sales cycle
  • Proven success in hunting and closing new business, ideally with law firms or legal departments
  • Experience in legal operations or legal processes is a plus
  • Skilled in CRM systems, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Collaborative mindset to partner with internal teams and ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success
  • Curiosity about legal tech, AI developments, and market trends—someone who can bring insights back to the team and contribute to product alignment

Why Join Us?

Because you'll be at the forefront of the legal tech transformation, where generative AI meets the legal world. You won’t just be closing deals; you’ll be shaping the future of how legal teams operate. Your role is strategic, visible, and vital to our European expansion.
