You’ll be embedded within the client’s PMO team, acting as the goto expert for all things planning. This is a homebased role 🏑 with occasional travel πŸš— to the client site at Dounreay.

πŸ› οΈ Project Schedule Management – Develop, monitor, and control schedules to ensure timely milestone and deliverable completion, in collaboration with Project Managers.
πŸ“‹ Project Planning Leadership – Lead schedule development both internally and externally with clients.
πŸ”„ Work Package Coordination – Track progress, allocate resources, and manage subcontractor activities.
βœ… Subcontractor Programme Approval – Review for quality and consistency with project timelines.
🀝 Stakeholder Communication – Provide regular updates on progress, risks, changes, and opportunities.

πŸ”§ Planning Expertise – Skilled in building and maintaining highquality schedules
πŸ‘₯ Collaborative Communicator – Experienced in working with Project Leads and stakeholders
🧩 P6 Proficiency – Confident using Primavera P6 (or similar tools) to sequence and allocate resources
βš›οΈ Industry Background – Experience in the Nuclear or Defence sectors is a big plus
πŸ’» TechSavvy – Especially in MS Office (Excel & MS Project)
πŸ” DetailOriented – Analytical, accurate, and selfdriven
πŸ—£οΈ Clear Communicator – Capable of distilling complex data into concise updates
πŸ“Š Programme Assessor – Able to validate subcontractor inputs for accuracy
