    • The role

      Were at an exciting inflection point: strong customer love, clear productmarket fit, and were growing fast. As Brand & Community Manager, youll be the connective tissue between our brand and our community, orchestrating experiences that build trust and generate pipeline.

      What you’ll do:

      Events & Community

      • Own event strategy across owned, sponsored, and partnerled events where our ICP shows up.

      • Bring the 10x Recruiting community to life. Think salons, meetups, AMAs, and learning workshops that build real connection and brand love.

      • Run the show, end to end. From logistics to lighting, make sure every touchpoint feels like Metaview.

      • Partner with Sales and CS to pick the right speakers, prospects, and customers — and drives postevent engagement that supports pipeline.

        • Partner Marketing

          • Drive joint GTM strategies through events, bundles, and cobranded content focused on mutual value and pipeline generation.

            • Customer Evangelism

              • Keep our “Wall of Love” fresh by capturing and organizing praise from Slack, calls, reviews, and product feedback.

              • Make that love visible across the funnel: on the site, in social, sales decks, onboarding, and internal updates.
