Role Overview
We are looking for a Workforce Operations Specialist with a strong operational and systems mindset to drive scalable processes across our globally distributed team. In this role, you will design, improve, and lead cross-functional operational workflows that support our workforce infrastructure (e.g., tooling, documentation, process compliance, onboarding/offboarding, contractor coordination, etc.). What you do need is a proven track record of operational leadership, project management, and working independently in distributed teams.

Requirements

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and improve workforce-related operational processes (onboarding, offboarding, access management, contractor lifecycle, documentation, etc.).
  • Maintain and optimize workflows using systems like Workable, GDrive, Confluence, Zapier, etc.
  • Ensure compliance, structure, and clarity in how people-related processes run.
  • Led cross-team coordination between Operations, Finance, Legal, and Engineering.
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement automation or standardization.
  • Support audits, contractor agreements, and system integrations.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years in operations in a tech company
  • Proficiency in processes and automation
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.

Your profile - preferred/optional qualifications:

  • Leadership experience (e.g., managing small ops teams or initiatives).
  • Familiarity with tools like Workable and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in scaling operational processes for distributed or global teams.
  • Exposure to compliance, vendor management, or workforce-related tech stacks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
