Its with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Manager, Revenue Operations to our growing team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations, you will lead a team of global Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Operations professionals to scale a highperformance GTM engine powered by automation, AI, and clean data.

As a Manager of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday activities of the Global Revenue Operations team. You will help shape the processes, and culture around revenue operations and you will lead operational improvements that maximize topline and bottomline results for our global business. You will partner with Senior Leadership to strategize and analyze data to uncover business opportunities and enhance workflow processes.

Revenue Operations is the connective tissue of our GTM motion. You’ll be the architect behind how data, tools, and teams come together to win. As our Manager of Revenue Operations, youll be responsible for:

  • Optimizing Revenue Operations: Manage new business and renewal pipeline, revenue forecasting, territory definition, target setting, and incentive plan implementation across pre and postsales functions.
  • Driving Reporting Excellence: Partner with our RevOps Director and BI team to define KPIs, build reporting infrastructure, and ensure consistent analysis. Regularly review rhythms for Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Growth.
  • Ensuring Process Alignment: Lead process optimization and CRM enablement across our GTM teams, ensuring efficiency and alignment.
  • Leading a HighPerforming Team: Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to a global and crossfunctional team at the intersection of data, AI, and GTM Strategy, fostering a highperformance, continuousimprovement culture.
  • Leveraging AI & Automation: Identify and implement AIpowered tools and automation workflows that improve decisionmaking, streamline revenue operations, and reduce manual overhead. Champion AI adoption across GTM, from forecasting to enablement and customer lifecycle workflows.
  • Supporting Financial Reporting: Own monthend close activities and collaborate with the Finance & Leadership Teams on monthly and quarterly reports, including board presentations.
  • Owning CRM Strategy: Manage our Salesforce and GTM Systems teams to design and optimize a longterm CRM and integration strategy (Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, ChurnZero, Chili Piper) that enhances intelligence, efficiency, and data accuracy.

      • ProcessOriented: You are obsessed with optimizing efficiency across revenue operations. You lead process excellence, own RevOps processes and documentation (knowledge transfer), and ensure alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience functions. You are comfortable managing tactical requests and JIRA for smooth execution.
      • An Operational Excellence Champion: You are committed to delivering excellence. You pay attention to details, ensuring no problem is too small to address while seeking scalable solutions that benefit the business longterm. Accountable for accurate CRM data and endofmonth reporting.
      • A Strong Communicator: You have exceptional communication skills and are adept at building crossfunctional partnerships with stakeholders at all levels. You can clearly articulate ideas and drive initiatives forward with confidence. You enable GTM functions by managing training and delivering clear, actionable insights & instructions.
        • Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications were looking for in a candidate:

          • 7+ years in revenue or business operations within highgrowth B2B SaaS.
          • 3+ years of experience coaching, mentoring, and managing highperforming teams.
          • Proven ability to create insightful reports and executive presentations for SaaS and growthstage companies.
          • Demonstrable experience applying AIautomation to solve operational and GTM problems (e.g., forecasting, attribution, enrichment, enablement workflows).
          • Proficient in using analytical tools, with SQLBI experience as a plus.
          • Deep knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), HubSpot, and other key GTM tools such as Gong (trackers, playbooks, outreach Flows), ChurnZero, Outlaw, and ChiliPiper. Certifications in Salesforce or HubSpot are a plus.
          • Willing and able to work from our Barcelona office 2 days per week
