This is a remote position.


Schedule : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Flexible between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST (5 hours per day 20 hours per week)
Job Title : Clinic Manager

Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer satisfaction by resolving disputes promptly, maintaining open communication channels, and ensuring consistent, highquality service delivery.
  • Maximise team performance by mentoring staff, monitoring daily clinic operations, and identifying improvement areas to boost efficiency and morale.
  • Crosstrain team members to enhance operational agility and ensure seamless coverage during peak times or staff shortages.
  • Manage clinic budgets effectively, balancing cost control with strategic investments to support growth and profitability.
  • Oversee inventory and medication management, optimising stock levels in line with regulatory requirements and clinic needs.
  • Set and track performance targets (KPIs) to drive individual and team accountability, contributing to overall business success.
  • Successfully manage multiple priorities and workflows within tight deadlines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Conduct live software demonstrations of RoyaaMed to new or prospective partner clinics, showcasing key features and handling objections to support sales conversion.
  • Take ownership of client onboarding, ensuring smooth transition, data entry, training, and setup of the RoyaaMed platform for each new clinic.
  • Support sales efforts by nurturing warm leads and identifying upsell opportunities across RoyaaMed’s suite of services (e.g., premium packages, medication ordering).
  • Liaise with both medical and nursing professionals to ensure compliance with AHPRA and TGA regulations and assist with documentation submissions where required.
  • Champion RoyaaMed adoption internally, collecting feedback from clinics to continuously improve the platform and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing efforts including local promotions, testimonials, and ambassador referrals to help scale clinic partnerships.
