This is a remote position.
Monday to Friday as per follows:
Use Apollo.io (or similar tools) to build targeted B2B lead lists based on specific ICPs and buyer personas
Write and manage cold email outreach campaigns that drive opens, clicks, and replies
Set up and optimize multistep email sequences to increase engagement and conversions
Analyze campaign metrics (open, click, reply, bounce rates) and iterate for continuous improvement
Collaborate with sales or agency teams to align messaging and ensure lead quality
Segment leads and tailor messaging based on industry, role, and intent
Track outreach activity and maintain detailed records in CRM or lead management platforms
Previous experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or cold outreach
Handson experience with Apollo.io or similar platforms (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, Hunter, Snov.io)
Strong cold email writing skills — persuasive, human, and customized
Understanding of B2B buyer psychology and outreach personalization tactics
Familiarity with outreach performance metrics and AB testing strategies
Detailoriented and organized, with excellent written communication skills
Comfortable working independently and managing outreach volume KPIs
Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency environments
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce)
Experience supporting sales teams with appointmentsetting or qualification efforts
