Job description

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generator, also known as a Business Development Representative, to support their growing business. This role involves researching, building a targeting list maintaining targeted lead lists, executing email marketing campaigns, and conducting outbound sales. The candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads and setting appointments, collaborating with the marketing team, and tracking metrics. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently to foster client relationships and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build a targeting list and being familiar with tools like Apollo

• Develop and maintain targeted lead lists through research and data analysis

. • Execute email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients.

• Conduct outbound sales calls to qualify leads and set appointments.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign effectiveness.

• Track and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance.

• Foster relationships with potential clients to support longterm business growth.

• Manage CRM software (e.g., HubSpot or similar) and maintain accurate data records.

• Provide detailed followups and reporting on leads and progress to the management team.

Requirements

Previous experience in lead generation or sales is preferred

• Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and Excel for tracking leads and performance.

• Excellent English proficiency with strong communication and phone presence.

• Ability to develop lead lists through research and identify key target markets.

• Comfort with cold calling and speaking to potential clients.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to track multiple leads and projects.

• Technical proficiency to manage lead lists, campaign data, and CRM input.

• Personality traits: outgoing, confident, selfstarter with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.

Working Hours: 20 Hours per week

Job Type: Part time

Schedule: MF 812PM Eastern Standard Time or 85pm Monday, Wednesday and half day on Friday.
