Job description

Salary: P75,000 – P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PHT

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

At minimum, an Associate's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or similar field. Bachelor's degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience can be substituted.
2-3 years of relevant, hands-on accounting experience
Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently on assigned duties
Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
Background in US GAAP

What will you do?

Review, process, gather, and compile accounting transactions and documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Be responsible for bookkeeping management and tracking of responsibilities and tasks monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Assist with preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports.
Provide bookkeeping services for multiple businesses.
Assist with tax document management and organization.
Respond to accounting inquiries and simple questions from clients.
Manage calendar for accounting responsibilities.
Attend virtual periodic meetings with clients.
Respond timely to clients, vendors, and employees to research and resolve discrepancies.
Record, enter, and pay invoices.
Review, process, gather, and compile accounting transactions and documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
