Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming support tickets.
  • Assign support tickets to appropriate teams based on content and workload.
  • Perform initial client contact via phone to address support issues.
  • Coordinate a high volume of support tickets efficiently.

Job description

Salary: P40,000P50,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM 03:00 PM Manila Time)

Skills Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Minimum 2 years ICT industry experience with similar responsibilities
  • Exposure to, and detailed understanding of technical concepts such as Networking, Compute, Storage, AV equipment, Servers, etc.
  • A methodical approach
  • Ability to coordinate a high volume of inbound support tickets
    • Nice to have:

      • Vendor certifications from one or more of the leading I.T. organisations, (CISCO, CompTIA)
      • Relevant tertiary qualifications
        • What will you do?

          • First point of contact for incoming support tickets.
          • Assigning support tickets to relevant teamsteam members based on ticket contents and current work schedule.
          • Performing initial client contact via phone.
