We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Paralegal with a strong background in employment and U.S labor law to join our growing legal team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the development of our legal tech product, and helping us deliver accurate, uptodate legal information to our customers.
You’ll work closely with attorneys, product managers, and content specialists to ensure our platform reflects current legal standards and serves as a trusted resource for employment law compliance for HR professionals.
Responsibilities may include:
● Respond to customer legal queries in a clear, professional, and timely manner based on SLA requirements
● Develop and maintain legal content, including templates, policies, howto guides, checklists, FAQs, articles, etc, tailored to employment and labor law for HR professionals
● Conduct quality assurance reviews of legal content and data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity
● Monitor, track, and report on changes to federal, state, and local employment and labor laws
● Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to incorporate legal insights into the platform
● Support legal research, documentation, and process improvements to enhance product reliability and customer trust.

Requirements
● A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or 4 years of work experience in lieu
● 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, with at least 3 years focused on employment and U.S labor law
● Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and regulatory requirements (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC guidelines), along with multistate compliance
● Exceptional legal research, writing, and editing skills
● High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
● Experience translating complex legal concepts into userfriendly language and formats
● Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fastpaced, techforward environment
● Techsavvy; comfortable using tools, such as legal research databases
● Fluent in English, with strong written and oral communication skills
● Familiarity with legal technology or compliance platforms products is a plus
● Experience working with or advising HR or compliance teams is a plus
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT
