KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALITY AND ON TIME PROJECT DELIVERY
Have an effective, collaborative, and proactive product design and delivery process that ensures at least 90% on time delivery.
On time delivery of quality conceptual plans for the projects that are due for launch based on project line-up and to submit plans, design schemes and other requirements as pre-requisites for project uploading.
Provide Central Cost Planning all necessary plans and other requirements for cost estimate as scheduled
Provide solutions during construction to suit conditions and as approved job request
(Color Schemes, material selections, shop drawings, RFI / RFA)
To submit schematic drawings based on approved design concept

HIGH QUALITY PROJECT DELIVERY
Deliver our projects with the highest level of quality for customer satisfaction and consistent to our quality policy
100% compliant to project planning parameter
Project Concepts are within target costs

EFFECTIVE PRODUCT PLANNING
Design and plan products through an effective, collaborative, and proactive product planning process to attain
desired market positioning and ability to build/deliver on time/quality and price competitively.
To create new standards or revise existing standards for product improvement and cost & construction efficiency
To research, create, and use/implement new products and methodologies
To establish a well-defined process for document management and archiving of all technical documents
