Assist in project management, SOP implementation, and light property management tasks.

Job description

Salary: P60,000- P70,000 (monthly package)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (1:00 AM to 10:00 AM PHT)

Comfortable using tech platforms like Notion, Discord, Google Workspace, project management tools Background in private equity, real estate, or investment management Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

Bilingual (English/Chinese) preferred but not required

What will you do?

Executive Support

Manage complex calendars and prioritize high-impact meeting
Attend select meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-ups are tracked and completed
Coordinate travel, events, and investor-related logistics
Act as liaison between departments and senior leadership
Draft, filter, and manage executive-level communications

Client & Investor Operations

Support investor onboarding: coordinate documents, system setup (e.g., Cash Flow Portal), and communication
Track and maintain investor records, distributions, and account updates
Ensure timely and professional responses to investor inquiries
Assist in drafting and distributing investor updates and reports

Project & Operations Management

Maintain and organize Notion task boards and internal trackers
Coordinate cross-departmental follow-ups to ensure alignment on priorities
Assist with planning and implementation of SOPs, KPIs, and internal projects
Provide light operational support to property management as needed (e.g., coordinating vendor schedules, lease tracking, managing follow-ups)
