Job Role: Executive Assistant to the Director and Team Support
Salary Budget: 1500-1700 AUD per month
Engagement type: EOR
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday Philippines Time)

Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the Director in day-to-day operations by managing communication, scheduling, and task coordination. This includes overseeing the Director’s email inbox, ensuring messages are triaged, delegated, or actioned promptly and appropriately. The Executive Assistant acts as a key liaison between the Director and clients and internal team members. In addition to direct support for the Director, the role contributes to broader team functionality by assisting with administrative tasks across client onboarding, deal progression, and document management. This support ensures operational efficiency and frees up team members to focus on their core roles.

● Save submitted or generated documents to Dropbox folders.
● Assist with pricing comparisons and structuring support.
● Order and manage valuations when required.
Weekly Responsibilities
● Review Pat’s calendar and ensure all meetings are correctly scheduled and prepared for.
● Maintain clean and up-to-date email and task lists.
● Check in with team members to confirm completion of delegated tasks.
● Reconcile any outstanding follow-ups from the Director’s communication backlog.
Monthly Responsibilities
● Assist with monthly planning meetings by ensuring agendas, notes, and follow-ups are documented.
● Provide administrative support during reporting and strategic review periods as needed.
