We are looking for a strategic and commercially-driven Head of Product to lead our product function across multiple lines — including Domains, DNS, SSL, and our Reseller Control Panel (RCP). This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for defining product vision, shaping go-to-market strategies, and unlocking revenue growth through product innovation.
You will directly manage our Lead Product Manager and Product Managers, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Support to align product development with business goals. Product Strategy & Leadership
Own the product vision and roadmap across all product categories
Define and execute a strategy that aligns with business goals and market opportunities
Drive product prioritization based on customer needs, margin potential, and strategic fit
You own the UI/UX of our platforms which is key for our growth
You are eager to apply AI in every process to make them more efficient and effective
Support high performance of the team by coaching and creating a lean environment
Commercial Focus
Build monetization strategies across product lines (Domains, SSL, DNS, RCP)
Partner with Sales and Finance/marketing to optimize pricing, reduce margin leakage, and drive revenue
Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities and align product plans with GTM initiatives
Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead and develop a high-performing product team including Lead PM and PMs
Establish and run a Product Council to facilitate cross-functional alignment
Create a feedback-driven product culture focused on user value and business impact
Focus on creating and adhering/compliance to core processes of the function.
Operational Excellence
Implement and track key metrics: CSAT/NPS, margin improvement, roadmap progress, etc.
Establish a Quarterly Product Review (QPR) process with clear goals and accountability
Standardize product discovery, delivery, and experimentation frameworks
