US ECommerce Merchandising Assistant (WFH)

About the Role

You’ll be the organizational backbone for our client’s US ecommerce operations—handling purchase orders, product listings, and returns with laser focus. Your work will directly influence what customers see, when they get it, and how smoothly things move behind the scenes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain item listings: categories, pricing, descriptions, UPCs.
  • Enter seasonal and fillin POs with correct docs.
  • Approve or deny vendor freight requests.
  • Coordinate returns and misship resolutions.
  • Update calendars for PO ship dates and retirements.
  • Monitor contest reporting and daily transfer emails.
  • Support other special merchandising projects.
