About the role:

The main function of the Menu Expert is to update and standardize EURO menus and shopping lists for the 2026 season, and assist LAAPA TEs with any needed menu and shopping list needs. We’ve assembled a small team to get started on this effort this season and we’re looking for someone to continue with this effort into next season and beyond.

What you'll need to be successful: 

• You have experience in Backroads picnics and food buys who has a passion for all things platter related. 
• You also have great attention to detail and know your way around an excel spreadsheet. 
• You have an eye for improving processes by leveraging technology and systems that can help us improve the menu process for future seasons.

Work environment:

• Remote, preference to be based in Europe
• Desired start date: 9/1/2025
• Part time (hourly): We anticipate menu work to take 5-10 hours a week through Fall/Winter/Spring, with a reduction to 10 hours a month during summer months.
• In the first two years of this role, we would prefer someone be available year-round to work on menu standardization in excel and respond to emails on a regular basis.
