Responsibilities
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through calls and emails in Dutch.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and answer any questions they may have.
  • Support the sales team in ensuring a seamless transition of prospects.
  • Provide insights on outreach strategies and customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and basic English proficiency.
  • No prior experience required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus but not necessary as training will be provided.
  • Open to relocation with fully funded support from the company.
  • Able to attend a 3 months fully paid training in Greece ( paid relocation )
