Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for Online Content Creators! Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via email, phone, and chat

  • Provide clients with information on best practices for content creation and platform efficiency
  • Stay updated on platform changes and participate in ongoing training

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the online or digital content sector
