Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone to our German-speaking clientele.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints with professionalism and care.

  • Work closely with team members to meet service level agreements and maintain high quality standards.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
