Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is based in Bangkok and will be conducted remotely. The successful candidate will focus primarily on business development, with additional responsibilities in account management, targeting B2B corporate clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, self-directed environment and has a strong track record in acquiring new clients and managing key accounts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development efforts, identifying and acquiring new corporate clients.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Promote AV and IT-related products and solutions directly to end-users (B2B).
  • Prepare and manage tender submissions, proposals, and quotations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in large companies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and project delivery is smooth.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Proven track record in business development, particularly in acquiring new clients.
  • Strong background in direct B2B sales to end-users.
  • Experience in selling AV solutions preferred; candidates with IT product experience will also be considered.
  • Prior experience handling tender processes is an advantage.
  • Experience engaging with large corporations or multinational companies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, able to work independently.
