Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client is a prominent conference technology firm and global language training service provider. As the foremost integrated event technology provider in Southeast Asia, they establish the standard for top-notch interpretation and translation adhering to global benchmarks. Teaming up with prominent embassies, organizations, and international corporations, they excel in tailoring their services to meet specific requirements. Spearheading research-oriented learning approaches and inventive educational tools, the company leads the way in revolutionizing language education and event technology.

Key responsbilities:
Account Servicing and B2B Sales (70%)
  • Address inquiries, provide quotes, and submit proposals.
  • Follow up on converting and extending quotes.
  • Maintain positive relationships with VIP contacts (+5 contacts per month).
  • Regularly engage with all account contacts to sustain rapport.
  • Enhance revenue streams from existing clients efficiently.
  • Establish long-term service contracts.
  • Utilize current contacts to uncover new leads within the account.
  • Introduce the company to prospective leads.
Project & Product Management (30%)
  • Define and document project scope in collaboration with customers.
  • Manage customer interactions and changes.
  • Act upon customer/students' feedback.
  • Identify and engage necessary partners for service delivery.
  • Oversee projects/events on-site.
  • Develop, tailor, or enhance marketing materials for platforms and services.
  • Identify strategic and scalable growth opportunities with partners.
  • Coordinate with product development team regarding product enhancements.


Requirements
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing/Business Management or a related field.
  • Possesses 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B) or project management.
  • Capable of identifying and addressing the specific needs of individual customers.
  • Previous experience in communicating with senior managers.
  • Highly motivated and independent, with a sharp eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated individual adept at working independently and enthusiastic about language learning or event technology services.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken) necessary for engaging with global clients.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on driving business results and achieving KPIs.
