Amega Group is seeking to hire a strategic and results driven Business Development Manager to lead our partner acquisition and commercial growth. This role involves developing and managing a highperformance business development function for a fast growing financial services firm.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Define and execute business development strategy in alignment with Company goals.
Lead a team focused on partner onboarding, commercial agreements and longterm relationship building.
Identify and engage with potential partners: affiliates, IBs and institutional clients.
Develop tailored commercial offers and incentive models.
Collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams to support growth.
Maintain CRM records and prepare performance and KPI reports.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in business development, ideally in financial services or fintech.
Proven track record in acquiring and managing commercial partners.
Leadership experience: managing or mentoring partnerships, business development, or affiliate teams.
Experience working with CRM tools and support operations in a fintech environment.
Fluent in English (C1+); other languages are a plus (Spanish, Arabic, Chinese etc).
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Detail oriented with a focus on execution and follow through.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
