This is a remote position.

[ ] Indian national [ ] Experience PM with minimum 7 years direct responsibility project management experience [ ] Technical background and used to implementing technology based solutions. [ ] This use case is an Observability project based on Elastic technology platform. [ ] Experience of managing teams of 15 staff [ ] Able to work 5 days a week in Mumbai at a customer location [ ] Able to work with complex multi-stakeholder customers delivering a cross organisation technology solution [ ] Able to manage and maintain detailed tracking plans and summary stakeholder plans [ ] Able to organise and run Steercos [ ] Able to coach and lead sub-stream leads [ ] Understands stage gated delivery lifecycles [ ] Drives customer sign off processes [ ] Able to report internally (to Elastic) and succinctly describe and manage risks and issues [ ] Able to coach other team members [ ] Has experience of third party management for supplies embedded within the project delivery team
