As an Account Manager you’ll work closely with our veterinary clients, delivering innovative solutions—from advanced inhouse diagnostic instruments to comprehensive pathology laboratory services to groundbreaking veterinary software —that truly make a difference in the way they care for our pets.

What you can expect
  • As an Account Manager, ideally based in Wollongong, you will manage and grow your clients’ accounts across the NSW South Coast, as well as a regional territory with a clear understanding of their veterinary business and diagnostic needs; you will successfully inspire them to adopt and use “The IDEXX Complete Diagnostic Solution” to raise their standards of care.

  • You will be results oriented, have an outstanding level of customer service and responsiveness and you will have a genuine passion to deliver outstanding results.

  • There is significant variety in the role, and you will find no two days the same.

  • You will be developing partnerships with veterinarians, owners and clinic teams to help grow their business; selling IDEXX products and services and helping to onboard and train the veterinary teams on IDEXX diagnostic equipment, services and technology.

  • This focus will enable you to exceed your sales targets for the quarter and discover new opportunities.

  • Working alongside your colleagues you will collaborate and implement new strategies for the benefit of your customers; attend relevant trade shows, attend and deliver IDEXX educational content and maintain and update client information using Salesforce.com.

  • The role will include overnight travel to your regional territory
