Requirements

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across departments, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of initiatives in line with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and be wellversed in managing the full project lifecycle—from planning to execution and closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Strategy:
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives and client expectations.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
    • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
      • Project Execution & Delivery:
        • Oversee all phases of project execution to ensure adherence to schedule, scope, and budget.
        • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams, including design, development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders.
        • Ensure that all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.
          • Stakeholder Communication:
            • Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders.
            • Provide regular project updates through reports, dashboards, and meetings.
            • Manage expectations and foster transparent communication with all parties involved.
              • Risk Management:
                • Identify and resolve issues and roadblocks that may hinder project progress.
                • Monitor project performance and make datadriven decisions to optimize outcomes.
                  • Quality Assurance & Compliance:
                    • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory and organizational policies.
                    • Conduct postproject reviews and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
                        • Required Skills & Qualifications:

                          • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
                          • 5+ years of proven experience in project management across mid to largescale projects.
                          • Experience managing crossfunctional teams and working in fastpaced environments.
                          • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
                          • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
                          • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
                          • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problemsolving abilities.
                          • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
                            • Preferred Skills:

                              • Experience with budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
                              • Exposure to technologydriven projects (software, digital transformation, etc.).
                              • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
