Role Summary:

As a DFT Engineer at Alphawave Semi, youll be responsible for implementing and verifying DesignforTest (DFT) solutions throughout the custom silicon lifecycle. Youll collaborate closely with RTL, Physical Design, and Test teams.

What youll do:

Develop and implement comprehensive DFT architectures, collaborating on early planning stages.
Implement scan and MBIST using industrystandard EDA tools.
Develop and execute DFT verification plans (pattern generation, fault simulation).
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve DFTrelated issues.
