FortiADC Engineer Remote

We are looking for a FortiADC Engineer who is responsible for implementing, maintaining, supporting, network devices within an organization or between organizations. Assume responsibility for key client networks, accountable for maintenance and improvement.

A FortiADC Engineer is responsible for designing highperformance, secure, and scalable application delivery solutions using Fortinets FortiADC products. They work closely with crossfunctional teams to align network and application infrastructure with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and architect FortiADC deployments for enterprisegrade application delivery.
• • Provide presales technical support to the sales team and customers. This includes answering technical questions, addressing concerns, and troubleshooting issues during the sales process.
  • • Develop scalable, secure, and highavailability solutions using FortiADC appliances.
    • • Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to align ADC architecture with business needs.
      • • Define best practices for load balancing, SSL offloading, WAF integration, and global traffic management.
        • • Proven incident and problem solving (troubleshooting) skills with an emphasis on a timely and accurate resolution.
          • • Leads network technology upgrade or expansion projects, including installation of hardware, software and integration testing, as well as coordinating these activities without disturbing function of other systems.
            • • Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with teammates, managers and clients to maintain high service levels in a demanding environment.
              • • Leads in the development and production of complex documentation for installation, network topology, and troubleshooting of communications hardware or software.
                • • Ability to learn very quickly in a fastpaced environment. Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.

                  • Job Requirements

                    • 5+ years of handson experience with FortiADC or similar ADC platforms.
                    • • Proven track record in designing ADC solutions for largescale environments.
                      • • Experience with high availability (HA), link load balancing, and global load balancing.
                        • • Deep understanding of Layer 47 load balancing, application delivery, and network security.
                          • • Experience with FortiADC, FortiGate, and Fortinets broader security ecosystem.
                            • • Strong grasp of protocols like HTTPS, TCPIP, DNS, SSLTLS, and routing (BGP, OSPF).
                              • • Fortinet NSE certifications (NSE 6 or higher preferred)
                                • • Sharp troubleshooting skills
                                  • • Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools
                                    • • Supporting in rotations shifts and 247 on call support
                                      • • Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
                                        • • Ability to work well in a team environment.

                                          • Education

                                            Bachelors Degree or 5 years experience in related field
