Title: ServiceNow HAM and SAM Developer Remote India DC office Experience – 5 to 6 years
Responsibilities: Customization and Development:
Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) processes.
Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to meet the organization's specific HAM and SAM requirements.
Integration:
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems, databases, and tools to facilitate seamless data flow for hardware and software asset management.
Collaborate with integration teams to ensure a cohesive and interconnected ITSM ecosystem.
Process Optimization:
Analyze current HAM and SAM processes and identify areas for improvement.
Implement best practices and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency in hardware and software asset management.
Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation related to ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations for HAM and SAM.
Collaboration:
Work closely with ITSM teams, including IT Asset Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management, to ensure alignment of processes and data.
User Support:
Provide support and training to end-users on HAM and SAM processes within the ServiceNow platform.
Address and resolve technical issues related to HAM and SAM functionalities.
Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer with a focus on HAM and SAM.
Strong background in ITSM and asset management processes.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its modules, particularly HAM and SAM.
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification or relevant ServiceNow certifications.
