undergoing a major transformation of its international payroll operations. As
part of this strategic initiative, we’re looking for experienced Payroll
Operations & Projects Consultants to join their team and help shape the
future of payroll delivery on a global scale.
This is a remote position based in Poland, ideal for
professionals ready to lead both operational and project-level change in a
complex, fast-paced environment.
The Role
You will play a critical dual function – driving project
delivery while also supporting day-to-day payroll operations. Working
cross-functionally with Payroll, HR, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams,
you'll ensure both smooth implementation and operational continuity during
periods of transition and change.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
· Lead end-to-end payroll project lifecycles
across global and regional scopes
· Drive key initiatives including new payroll
setups, vendor transitions, and technology integrations
· Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and
stakeholder updates
· Translate complex business and technical needs
into clear, actionable deliverables
· Ensure rigorous testing, quality assurance, and
documentation across all implementations
· Contribute to post-project reviews and ongoing
process improvements
Operational Payroll Support
· Act as a subject matter expert during times of
change, providing hands-on payroll support
· Troubleshoot issues across processing,
reconciliations, and vendor interactions
· Partner with third-party vendors (e.g.,
CloudPay, local payroll providers) to ensure compliance and timely delivery
· Support payroll across multiple European
countries including Poland, Germany, Italy, and France
· Contribute to audits, reviews, and development
of payroll SOPs and controls
What We’re Looking For
· 5+ years' experience in payroll operations
and/or project-based payroll delivery
· Strong knowledge of payroll compliance,
cross-border operations, and vendor management
· Experience with CloudPay and/or Workday
integrations
· Ability to work autonomously, with sound
decision-making and stakeholder communication skills
· Highly organised with excellent attention to
detail
· Comfortable working in complex, fast-moving
environments
Desirable (Not Essential)
· Experience working in shared services or managed
service payroll environments
· A hands-on, solutions-focused approach
· Proven ability to build strong, collaborative
global relationships

transformative, global payroll programme. You’ll join a skilled team at the
