Job Description

• Creating new longterm customer contracts in the SAP system
• Making changes to longterm customer contracts in the SAP system if necessary
• Receiving orders from customers in the SAP system and monitoring their timely execution
• Monitoring and analyzing customer orders in the system
• Communicating with customerssuppliers regarding changes to orders
• Creating deliveries based on customer orders
• Sending releases to suppliers
• Preparing relevant information for meetings
• Analyzing the coverage of existing customer needs, taking into account warehouse balances and transit from suppliers
• Correcting system errors in orders received from customers via EDI
• Submitting ideas for improving and optimizing existing processes and the possibility of attracting new ones for consideration by the team leader and department

• Qualifications

  • Business fluent English is essential –written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent skills in the MS suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project) is mandatory
  • Good knowledge in SAP System.
  • Experience working in international companies (automotive industry) would be an advantage.
  • High level of selforganization, analytical skills, responsibility for the results of your work.
