Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative in our Online Streaming Service Department. In this dynamic role, you will provide outstanding support to our French-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience while using our streaming platform.

Your proficiency in French will enable you to assist clients with inquiries related to account management, content availability, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty in a competitive streaming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service in French through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions to enhance their streaming experience
  • Assist clients with subscription management, content inquiries, and account settings
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and provide effective solutions
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our streaming services
  • Stay up to date with current trends in online streaming and new content releases

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric approach
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the streaming or entertainment industry, is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Passion for online streaming and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences
  • Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
