Hire Hangar is expanding its talentacquisition team and seeks an Internal Recruiter who brings handson experience from a highvolume staffing environment. The ideal candidate has supported technology clients, led technical interviews with confidence, and is comfortable juggling numerous requisitions simultaneously.
Own the full hiring lifecycle – source, screen, interview, coordinate, and close.
Run multiple searches in parallel, maintaining a steady slate of qualified prospects.
Evaluate technical aptitude, conducting structured interviews that test skills against client demands.
Partner with hiring managers and external stakeholders to clarify needs and calibrate candidate profiles.
Sustain candidate engagement through clear, timely updates at every stage.
Leverage ATS and sourcing platforms to track activity and preserve data accuracy.
Recommend process enhancements that shorten timetohire and improve talent quality.
2–3 years fullcycle recruiting, including highvolume workloads at a large staffing firm.
Demonstrated success interviewing and placing technical talent.
Proven ability to support technology clients and understand role nuances.
Strong written and verbal communication; adept at managing expectations with candidates and hiring teams.
Skilled in ATS software and modern sourcing tools.
Availability to cover several days per week aligned to Pacific Time; flexibility across EST–PST hours.
Selfstarter who manages competing priorities with minimal oversight.
Detailoriented, organized, and committed to continuous improvement.
