As part of our dynamic team, you will work at the forefront of strategic, financial, and operational restructuring, helping clients steer through periods of change and uncertainty. Your impact 

As a (Senior) Manager in the BRS department, you will play a pivotal role in transforming and revitalizing businesses through creditor and debtor side restructuring, operational restructuring or distressed M&A across diverse industries. Your responsibilities will include 

• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' financial situation, short-term liquidity, and explore potential restructuring options. 

• Business Planning: Assist in developing and reviewing medium-term business and cash-flow plans, from a financial, strategic and operational perspective. 

• Implementation: Play a pivotal role in implementing the restructuring plans, working closely with clients' management to ensure successful outcomes. 

• Execution and coaching: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment while being their go-to contact for sharing thoughts, ideas and suggestions. Communicate day-to-day project developments to senior team members and ensure assignments are executed on time and to a high standard. 

• Business development and client engagement: Contribute to the growth of our restructuring practice by performing market research, building strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders and leveraging PwC's broad range of competences. 

About you  

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional who meets the following criteria: 

• Educational Background: Degree in economics, law, business administration or engineering, or a related field. 

• Experience: at least 7 years of relevant working experience, e.g. in restructuring, financial analysis, strategy or operations consulting, transaction services, corporate finance or in the intensive care/restructuring department of a bank. 

• Skills: Great team player with strong advisory, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to instill trust and inspire clients. 

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch or French and English. 

• Flexibility: Willingness to engage in cross-border assignments and adapt to diverse challenges. 

• Personality: Positive, pragmatic and a can-do attitude
