Business Background
CDE is the function that owns and leverages sales information, process, system and technology to drive sales organization run productively, effectively and in support of business strategy and goal achievement.
Be an important part of CDE, Sales Efficiency & Business Analysis team has been formed to drive Data Mining Agenda in CD, aim to provide Analytic products serving effectiveness from planning to execution & measurement.
There are major themes:
Sales Efficiency through managing executional KPIsIncentivize model design & measurement in FronEnd team, driving Data Driven Sales Capability, driving change management in sales force where initiative model implemented with multiple touch points & new way of working. Own CD Performance Management Hub. Own & Design FrontEnd Execution Performance Management. CBD Insight & Analytic Center.
Role Profile
We are looking for a highly motivated & deliver with excellent Business Analyst with a passion for power of data that is accurate, actionable & effectively utilized to enhance sales performance & strategic decision making.
The cancidate is required to have a robust background in sales operation, data analysis & project management.
