The Senior Engineer Robotics is a crucial function of optimising our automation solution an ensuring all elements are brought together effectively to deliver a complete solution stack. As a part of our implementation team, you will be analysing, developing, and evaluating system designs and architecture of our AMR systems and assisting in delivering and deploying our solution. You will solve problems daily and create personalised solutions for our customers. You will be expected to work both independently and as a part of a team to deliver customised supply chain solutions with little to no errors. This handson position requires you to be selfmotivated, tenacious, and a natural problem solver.

The primary role will be to drive the following:

• Understanding the designs and requirements of client’s networks and systems
• Scoping, analysing, and interpreting system and architecture designs to understand the clients current and future environment
• Ensuring all computer systems and networks are analysed, interpreted to ensure performance andor modification that may need to be made prior to solution implementation
• Researching, analysing and evaluation network and systems regularly to ensure optimum configuration and performance
• Analysing and making appropriate technical improvements to operations and project on all aspects of network design, infrastructure, hardware, software, and operating systems
• Testing & analysis to ensure during implementation phases there is no disruptions in systems and networks. This includes ensuring all relevant software, hardware and operating systems are aligned
• Installing, configuring, and testing any new changes to network environment or systems and administering the appropriate upgrades where necessary
• Troubleshooting and providing timely solutions for resolutions if disruptions occur to ensure no delay on project delivery and onsite implementation
• Preparing and ensuring all procedures and documentation regarding network designs, changes and upgrades and modifications are properly maintained according to best practices and include instructions where necessary
• Monitoring all network activity and traffic, to ensure all disruptions are identified timely, and actions required and implemented quickly
• Providing and assisting in all troubleshooting for hardware, network infrastructure and systems throughout all phases of project and implementation to ensure professional and timely execution
• Providing an accurate resolution in a timely, professional manner
• Maintaining documentation regarding all problem resolution and providing diagnosis and recommendations around future state
  

• Your experience and knowledge

  • BA BS AA Degree: Computer Science, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or equivalent degree
  • Experience working with any system designs and architecture specifications
  • Experience troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues
  • Ability to adapt and respond to fast moving & changing project environments
  • Confidence in participating meetings regarding network implementations, hardware integrations, configurations, etc.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for yourself, your team, customers, and contractors when onsite and comply with company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct
  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills where you can showcase your communication and analytical skills
  • Well organised and ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision after a period of guided training, shadowing, and selflearning.
