Autonomous Systems Engineer (LLMAI Agentic Workflows)

Location: Remote, Vietnam

Seniority: Earlycareer (New grads to 2 years’ experience)

Start Date: Immediate or within 4–6 weeks

Team: Reports to CEO, works closely with founding team and functional leads

Overview:

We are hiring an Autonomous Systems Engineer to design and deploy internal AI agents that help HitPay scale operations, reduce costs, and unlock new business opportunities. This person will work across sales, support, compliance, and operations teams to build productiongrade, LLMpowered workflows.

This is a highly technical, highownership role — ideal for a sharp, earlycareer engineer who wants to build realworld agentic systems, not just prototypes.

Target Profile:

• 0–2 years of experience; internships or academic projects in AILLMsagentic workflows are valuable

• Strong backend or fullstack engineering foundation (Python preferred)

• Demonstrated interest or side projects involving:

  • LLM frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI, Vercel AI SDK, etc.)

  • Workflow automation

  • Supabase, Clerk, V0.dev, or similar lowcode tools

  • • Bonus: Experience building internal tools, lightweight agents, or business automations

    • Top Traits to Look For:

      • Strong builder mindset — enjoys prototyping, testing, and shipping fast

      • Passionate about LLMs and AI use in real business contexts

      • Curious, autonomous, and comfortable working directly with leadership

      • Capable of full project ownership: scoping → building → deploying → improving

      • First 90 Days Goals:

        • Identify 1–2 highimpact internal workflows for automation

        • Deliver a working MVP agent with real internal users

        • Deploy at least one fully autonomous agent to production (e.g. KYC reviewer, internal ticket triage)

        • Contribute to a roadmap for future agentic systems at HitPay
