Job description

Our client is the proud recipient of the Philippines Best Island Resort of the Year 2023 award. This breathtaking private island is a Marine Protected Sanctuary, located at the edge of the Last Unexplored Frontier in the Sulu Sea, just south of Palawan. Nestled in the heart of a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, the resort offers an unparalleled experience, blending worldclass service, accommodation, and facilities with a strong commitment to conservation and sustainability.

The island itself is an oasis of peace, free from tourists, cars, noise, and pollution. This role is instrumental in generating exclusive sales for Private Island, targeting discerning clients and businesses that value the unique luxury experiences the island offers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Product launches and promotional events
  • Incentive travel
  • Private bookings for senior executives
  • Proactive, outbound sales activity
  • Identifying and building a target group of the top 200 companies in Manila
  • Including in the above the companies owned by the richest 50 families in the Philippines
  • Identifying senior level business owners & management – i.e. director level and marketingevents level
  • Making 1015 face to face sales presentations per week
  • Attending events in Manila every week – being at the places where the wealthy are to initiate contact and become known
    • Musthave Skills Qualification:

      • Selfstarter, outbound oriented, not an order taker or someone used to handling inbound enquiries
      • Enigmatic, excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
      • Track record of creating new business from scratch
      • Slick, professional and able to socialize and hold high level meetings, dinners, discussion with very wealthy people senior business owners
      • Used to be on the social circuit, attending events every single week
      • Connected to wealthy families companies
      • Used to working with CRM
      • Hospitality sales experience is a benefit though not vital
        • Advantageous
