Sales Account Manager (Germanspeaking)

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Support: Support in the successful establishment of the necessary organizational structures and processes (CRM, meeting structure, reporting KPIs), as well as the creation of relevant sales materials.

  2. General Sales: Generate new sales accounts and takeover of existing accounts with clear, realistic, and transparent sales goals.

  3. Training and Development: Train, supervise, and coach other new members. Support scaling sales processes in a growth environment.

    1. Requirements:

      • An ideal candidate is generalist, entrepreneurial, and has strong

          • Interpersonal skills

              • Experience in B2B sales of at least 2 years with a good track record

                  • Experience with Professional CRM (e.g. Pipedrive)

                      • Strong work ethic


                        • Salary:

                          • Fixed salary and target bonus
