Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze local trends and industry developments in the Vietnamese market to provide localized insights that support headquarters’ strategic decisions.

Participate in building the brand marketing and operational framework for the Vietnam region and drive localized brand communication efforts.

Support the planning and execution of local offline events in Vietnam, ensuring alignment with expected outcomes.

Provide localization support to various functions at headquarters, including identifying local hot topics for brand campaigns, coordinating with local advertising channels, and sourcing quality Vietnamese websites for SEO.

Assist in streamlining local operational workflows to contribute to the development of standardized procedures.

Requirements:

Education Major: Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.

No strict requirements on years of experience; candidates with relevant experience in the Vietnamese local market are preferred

Skills:

Strong familiarity with Vietnamese culture, consumer behavior, and major social media platforms.

Basic understanding of operations and marketing execution.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate between HQ and local resources.

Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to execute tasks efficiently and perform well under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications Keywords:

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Senior local Chinese residents, Vietnamese nationals who speak Chinese, or overseaseducated Vietnamese students proficient in Chinese.
