Located in the Philippines, we engage and delight our customers through years of industry expertise.

We are looking for an experienced and clientfocused Digital Marketing Account Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure the success of their digital marketing campaigns. This role combines strategic thinking, project coordination, and relationship management to deliver measurable results and longterm client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business goals, challenges, and industry.
  • Communicate campaign updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Address client concerns promptly and maintain a positive working relationship.

    • Project and Campaign Coordination

      • Work closely with internal teams to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns.
      • Set clear timelines, manage client expectations, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
      • Ensure consistency and alignment between client needs and campaign execution.

        • Account Growth and Upselling
          • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings based on client goals and data insights.
          • Support contract renewals and propose strategic enhancements to increase value.
          • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present tailored proposals.

            • Performance Reporting
              • Prepare regular performance reports with clear analysis and actionable insights.
              • Review key performance indicators (KPIs) with clients and adjust strategies as needed.

                • Industry Awareness and Strategy
                  • Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
                  • Bring fresh ideas and innovation to client strategies to ensure continued growth and relevance.


                    • Requirements
                      • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Account Manager or in a similar clientfacing role
                      • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing
                      • Experience with analytics platforms and marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
                      • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
                      • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
                      • Analytical mindset with a proactive, solutionoriented approach
                      • Familiarity with CRM or project management software is a plus
