We’re looking for a talented and detailoriented Visual Designer to elevate our brand through compelling, highconverting visual content. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to create marketing assets, website visuals, motion snippets, and campaign creatives that not only look stunning but also drive measurable impact.

Requirements

What You’ll Do
  • Design highconversion marketing visuals including landing pages, homepages, banners, pitch decks, and onepagers.
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to plan website structures, wireframes, and page hierarchies.
  • Own and evolve the visual brand identity—including iconography, UI overlays, illustrations, and product diagrams.
  • Partner with video editors to storyboard and deliver assets for motion graphics and product demo snippets.
  • Create short visual teasers and motion content using tools like Canva, Screen Studio, Figma, or similar platforms.
  • Design with performance and conversion in mind—your visuals should not only look good but also drive results.
  • Maintain and scale design systems and style guides in Figma to ensure visual consistency across channels.
  • Support product launches, growth experiments, and marketing campaigns with impactful visual design.
    • ✅ You’re a Great Fit If You:
      • Have 2–4 years of experience in visual, marketing, or product design—preferably in SaaS, AI, or creative tools.
      • Have a strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling, especially in the context of AI or techdriven products.
      • Are fluent in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic tools like After Effects.
      • Can create light animations or microinteractions to explain product value clearly.
      • Are comfortable designing for multiple formats—web, social media, presentations, email banners, and more.
      • Are a selfstarter who can manage timelines and priorities with minimal supervision.
      • Thrive at the intersection of brand, product, and marketing performance.
        • ⭐ Bonus Points If You:
          • Have experience designing for AIbased or visual media tools.
          • Understand UX principles and advocate for clarity and simplicity in design.
          • Have worked with Webflow or collaborated with developers to deliver responsive designs.
