Job description

Our esteemed client is looking for a proactive, personable, and detailoriented Customer Sales & Support Representative to join their growing team. This remote role involves handling inbound sales inquiries, guiding potential clients through their service options, and providing ongoing support to existing customers. You’ll be the voice of their brandβ€”helping small business owners succeed online.

Key Responsibilities

Sales (approx. 50%)

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Explain our services clearly and confidently to prospective customers
  • Convert leads into paying customers through solutionbased selling
  • Follow up with prospects who’ve shown interest but haven’t purchased.
  • Bonus commission structure on top of base pay for converted sales
    • Customer Support (approx. 50%)

      • Provide timely and friendly support to existing clients via email and chat
      • Troubleshoot basic issues or escalate to the right internal team
      • Ensure client accounts stay active and satisfied
      • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service
        • Salary: $1200 month + sales commission

          Type of Work: Full time remote (Monday Friday)

          Work Schedule: Hours 7am3:30pm PST (30minute lunch break)

          Requirements

            • In depth background in a remote setup of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
            • 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management
            • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
            • Comfortable using tools like CRM software, support ticketing systems, and Google Workspace
            • Selfmotivated, organized, and responsive
            • Passion for helping small businesses succeed
            • Reliable highspeed internet connection (with backup).
