The Clinic represents a key pillar of Alan members inapp experience, with a mission to deliver simple, costefficient, and personalised access to care.

Through chat, video consultations, and specialised programs, we connect over 150 health professionals (GPs, Psychologists, Physiotherapists…) with members across France, Belgium, and Spain, thanks to a passionate crossfunctional team in Product, Operations, and Medical.

⚡️ Seamless Experience: We facilitate over 100,000 monthly messages and 2,000 video consultations using medical continuity tools, all secured with endtoend encryption.

⭐ Is it you we’re looking for?

We seek engineers with at least 5 years of relevant experience, eager to develop our advanced telemedicine product and scale our product from various perspectives.

You have the opportunity to make a significant impact:

• You’ll be able to tackle highimpact & highrisk projects involving many stakeholders.

• You’ll design efficient systems and engineering practices to align with and facilitate interactions between multiple teamsproducts.

• You’ll have the opportunity to influence the product direction, mentor other engineers & lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access (more details in this article).

• Youre the perfect fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of engineering experience with a track record of leading major initiatives from conception to delivery

  • Memberfacing product expertise you understand what it takes to build delightful user experiences at scale

  • Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a crossplatform environment, familiar with modern web technologies, and proficient in ObjectOriented Programming using Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, and C#.

  • Clear progression in your career increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time.

  • Humble and still willing to grow.

  • Fluent in English (no need to speak French!).

  • What makes you stand out:

    • Experience building digital health products in a fastpaced environment

    • Mobile development experience (React Native) our members live on mobile
