About the Job

Join our innovative tech team of 5 as a Full-Stack Software Engineer (m/f/d). We’re building a data engineering platform that is actively used every day by our internal teams, enabling fast feedback loops and rapid iteration. In this role, you’ll own full-stack features end-to-end—from early conception and design, through implementation and testing, to gathering user feedback and ensuring long-term maintainability. You’ll work closely with in-house customers to deeply understand their workflows and deliver solutions that make an immediate impact.

Develop scalable full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot and React
Build elegant, user-centric interfaces and robust backend services
Collaborate with internal users to understand their needs and translate them into intuitive product features
Deploy applications in cloud and containerized environments

Your profile

5+ years of experience in software development
Expertise in Java Spring Boot and React (or Angular/Vue)
A product mindset with the ability to design and deliver frontend experiences that delight internal users
Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Proficiency in Git, command-line interfaces, and containerized deployments
English as the primary language of communication

Nice to have

Experience working directly with stakeholders or internal users to shape product requirements
Familiarity with CI/CD and Serverless architectures
Strong sense of ownership for features from conception to release
