Job description

In the role of Key Account Manager for Electrical and Transport Technologies, you will take responsibility and initiative for your sales budget and sales process. You will work proactively to engage new customers who need our services within the testing and inspection industry to build long term relationships.
This role has a strong focus on companies that are developing, selling and exporting technical products.
We believe that the person who will thrive in this role possesses a senior mindset, a bit of stubbornness, and a constant curiosity to learn more about what we, and our customers work with.

This role has a strong emphasis on companies that are developing, selling and exporting technical products, and you will, together with our existing team in Finland, take ownership of our clients but will be expected to travel regularly in the Nordics.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales, with your own sales budget within various servicesindustries within the framework of Interteks operations.
  • Contract negotiationprice negotiation with different stakeholders.
  • Assist in marketing Intertek and its services at events. Propose, implement, follow up and evaluate activities together with the companys marketing team
    • We believe that you:

      • Have previous experience working with B2B sales.
      • Have a proven track record of establishing great relationships with different stakeholders.
      • Have a proven track record of strong sales results and a high business acumen.
      • Have prior experience working in the TIC industry.
      • Speak and write English and Finnish fluently; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
      • Are based in Finland, and is prepared to travel to customer locations.
