Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical product, solutions engineering, or implementation role within SaaS or hospitality tech., Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations with PMS or payment systems, data privacy, and IT security principles., Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in multicultural environments., Proficiency in English; additional European languages like Spanish, French, or German are a plus..
Key responsibilities:
Support technical onboarding and implementation processes for new customers in the EMEA region.
Participate in sales calls to provide technical insights and support complex negotiations.
Act as a technical liaison between sales, product, and customer success teams, translating customer requirements into actionable feedback.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and resources tailored to the EMEA market.
