Job description

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated Subject Matter Expert within GMP and facility management with focus on our Drug Product production.

The Role and Team

Overall, you will be a part of the Facility Group which consists of 15 people, highly skilled within each of their areas. The different areas of responsibility in the Facility department are Facility Maintenance, Canteen and Cleaning Services, Pest Control, Fire Safety, and Support to the Facility Strategic projects group.

We are looking for an experienced cGMP team player, who thrives with handling multiple GMP-related tasks within the broad FM areas of responsibility. You will have close cooperation with internal stakeholders and outsourced service partners to prepare the site for growth and run daily operations without jeopardizing ongoing production. Together with the team, you will act as Facility Management SME and ensure all facility operations comply with GMP and other relevant regulations. Further, you will participate in audits and inspections, and you find it natural to challenge the standard and identify possible improvements. You are self-starting and have a flexible, dynamic approach to work. Lastly, you see yourself as a high-performing team player who is ambitious on behalf of the team.

The Facility Management and Security department is an integrated part of the EOS organization in FDBD. We provide the highest possible service to the organization, supporting a best place to work culture. We have a site-wide appearance and must therefore cooperate with the whole site.

We meet with each other at social events and have the possibility to work from home, all dependent on the nature of tasks and program.

Responsibilities

  • Manage changes and deviations in FM-related processes
  • Update and creation of Facility procedures
  • Conduct Facility walks on site
  • Participate in Facility projects and improvements (repair, changes, rebuilds, etc.)
  • Participate in inspections and audits
  • Oversee FM processes ensuring GMP compliance
  • Assess risks and communicate changes effectively to stakeholders
  • Optimize Facility management processes

  • Experience within electronic document systems
  • Experience in cGMP within the medical industry
  • Experience with deviations and changes
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English
