The Role
As the Sr. QA Manager, you will lead Luxury Presence’s QA strategy, ensuring that our engineering teams deliver exceptional quality at speed. You’ll oversee a growing team of QA engineers, manual testers and analysts to embed quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle. Your impact will be felt across the platform—from web to integrations to mobile—and you’ll play a key role in evolving our engineering excellence.
We’re looking for a handson leader with a proven track record of building and scaling quality engineering functions in fastpaced SaaS or enterprise client solution environments. You should thrive in startup settings, be metricsoriented, and have a deep understanding of modern QA tools, automation, CICD pipelines, and best practices.
Responsibilities
Define and execute a comprehensive quality engineering strategy aligned with product and engineering goals.
Build and lead a highperforming team of SDET engineers including manual testers and crossfunctional assistants.
Establish scalable QA processes and metrics to measure quality across teams.
Introduce and manage test automation frameworks for frontend, backend, and mobile.
Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure quality is embedded at every stage of development.
Develop and maintain robust test plans, test cases, and test data.
Collaborate with DevOps to integrate quality into CICD and release pipelines.
Champion a qualityfirst mindset and advocate for best practices across the org.
Evaluate and implement tools to enhance test coverage, performance testing, regression, and load testing.
Qualifications
8–10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with 5+ years in leadership roles managing QA teams.
Strong background in SaaS platforms, enterprise client delivery, or largescale B2B applications.
Deep expertise in quality engineering processes, test automation, and frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium).
Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CICD pipelines.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, and familiarity with microservices architecture.
Proven ability to scale QA functions in startup or highgrowth tech environments.
Experience leveraging AI solutions to accelerate impact and uplevel the QA process in a highgrowth environment
Bonus Points
Experience with mobile QA (native or hybrid apps).
Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic).
Previous experience at a real estate or enterprise technology company.
